Not what you were looking for

You have thirty days to send an order back. Even if you have tried it, because how else would you know.

What can go back

A bottle you have tried can go back, as long as it is still mostly full.

The Discovery Set is the exception: it is meant to be used up.

How it works

Send us a message with your order number.

You receive a return label and the address it needs to go to.

Your money back

Within five working days of receiving it, the same way you paid.

Return costs are yours, unless something was wrong with the order.

Arrived damaged

Include a photo with your message.

We send a new one and you do not have to return anything.
